About Nikita Raika

From a young age, I was captivated by human behaviour. This curiosity led me to study psychology, where I discovered my passion for counselling. Through academic pursuits and hands-on experience, I honed my skills and found my calling as a counselling psychologist. Now, I embark on each therapeutic journey with empathy and dedication, eager to support others on their path to healing and growth.

Approach to Therapy:

In therapy, I employ a person-centred approach, prioritising empathy and unconditional positive regard. I integrate cognitive-behavioural techniques to address thought patterns and behaviours. I even use Mindfulness practices to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation. Ultimately, my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s complexities.
