My journey in psychology is very personal. It has helped me understand human behavior deeply and taught me how empathy and kindness can significantly improve someone’s well-being. Being truly listened to feels incredibly validating, and no matter how emotionally unwell someone might be, having a safe space to express themselves can lead to healing and progress. I love being part of the community of psychologists, and my work comes from the heart.
