Approach to Therapy:
As a counselling psychologist, I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. We will work together towards goals that we both agree upon. I’ve found that changing the way we talk to ourselves can create the magic we need in our lives. We all have patterns of thoughts and behaviours that we follow unconsciously. Once we recognize these patterns, we can effectively address our problems.
I aim to work with clients’ presenting issues along with exploring the past to understand the roots of dysfunctional beliefs and thought patterns (if any). I use an integrated approach to do so.
My aim in our counselling relationship is to help you choose the best direction for yourself and empower you to cope with life’s changes. I’m looking forward to embarking on this journey towards happiness, well-being, and healing with you.
