I am Yashvi Manani, a Counselling Psychologist and a Trainee Clinical Psychologist

I have more than 2 years of experience in dealing with clients across various mental health concerns. I aim at creating a therapeutic space which is non judgmental, free to exploration and client centred. I firmly believe that with collaborative approach in therapy and persistence effort towards mental wellbeing one can witness remarkable, long lasting changes.

Approach to Therapy:

My approach includes understanding the issue at hand, finding the root cause and working my way up while using both mind and body to gain a richer transformation. My treatment approach consists of aspects of DBT with mindfulness practises along with an eclectic stance as required, depending on case at hand.

I was initially sceptical of online /over the call sessions. If they would be as helpful as a visit to a wellness centre. But, I’m so glad I took that step.
