About Aditya
I am a psychologist and researcher specialising in counselling, meditation, and mindfulness, based in India. My work has taken me across diverse cultures and landscapes, giving me the privilege of working with leaders in 15+ countries. This global exposure has enriched my practice and deepened my ability to understand the unique nuances of individual experiences.
My approach is holistic and integrative—going beyond symptomatic relief to address the root causes of psychological and emotional distress. By weaving ancient wisdom with contemporary psychology, I guide individuals, families, and organisations on journeys of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment.
Central to my philosophy are the timeless values of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्) — “the world is one family” — and Loka Samasthaḥ Sukhino Bhavantu (लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु) — “may all beings everywhere be happy and free.” I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and nurturing space where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

I had opted for audio sessions. During the first two sessions, I only spoke about my childhood, career, family etc. Aditya listened patiently to each and everything.
